【摘要】 本文通过不同给药途径、不同给药次数、不同给药剂量 ,比较齐酞酸钠和齐墩果酸对二甲苯引起的小鼠耳肿胀抑制作用 ,发现单剂量给药时 ,齐酞酸钠作用抑制效果明显 ,齐墩果酸与空白对照组比较无显著性差别 ;多剂量给药时 ,两者均有抑制作用 ,灌胃给药时 ,齐酞酸钠作用效果明显好于齐墩果酸 ,注射给药时 ,同剂量情况下 ,两者无显著性差别。总体来看 ,灌胃多剂量给药的齐酞酸钠的作用效果最佳。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to comparatively study the inhibition of Oleanolic acid(OA)and Oleanolic acid dihemiphthalic sodium(OADHPS)on the mice ear oedama induced by dimethyl benzene by different administration method,different administration times and different dosage.The results show that OADHPS had marked inhibitory effect at variors administration method when administration one tnle.While OA has no marked inhibitory effect when administered seven times,the two drugs both have marked inhibitory effect.And OADHPS was better than OA when oral administration while they have no difference when injection administration at same dosage.In short,the best is the OADHPS with oral administration seven times更多还原
