【摘要】 目的 :观察中药胃舒康胶囊治疗功能性消化不良的临床疗效。方法 :将 10 2例功能性消化不良 (FD )患者随机分为治疗组 68例 ,口服胃舒康胶囊 ;对照组 3 4例 ,口服吗丁啉。两组均治疗 1月。结果 :治疗组的显效率为44 .1% ,总有效率为 92 .6% ,优于吗丁啉对照组的 17.6%、79 .4% (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :中药胃舒康胶囊治疗FD疗效较为显著 ,其取得较好疗效的机制可能是其具有促进胃排空和清除幽门螺杆菌的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the clinical effect of wei shukang capsule in treatment of functional indigestion.Methods:102 cases of functional indigestion patients were randomly distributed two groups.Curative group(68 cases)took orally wei shukang capsule;control group(34 cases)took orally motilium.Time of treatment of two groups was all 1 month.Results:The clear effective rate of curative group was 44.1%;the effective rate was 92.6%.They were better than 17.6%,79.4% of motilium group(P<0.05).Conclusions:Curative effect of wei shukang capsule group was outstanding.Mechanism may be that it had the function of promotion to gastic emptying time and the fanction of elimination to H.pylor.更多还原
