【摘要】 目的 :研究“脾虚”大鼠经胃泌素刺激后胃酸分泌的敏感性及补中益气汤的作用。方法 :观察了正常、大黄“脾虚”模型、“脾虚”后经补中益气汤治疗三组动物在未经刺激及经胃泌素刺激后的胃液总酸度变化。结果 :未经刺激时三组动物的胃液总酸度无显著差异 ;“脾虚”大鼠经刺激后显著升高 ,补中益气汤对其有复健作用。结论 :补中益气汤能降低“脾虚”大鼠经胃泌素刺激后胃酸分泌的敏感性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the effect of Buzhong Yiqi Tang (BYT) on the hypersensitivity of gastric acid secretion stimulated by gastrin in rats with deficiency of the Pi. Methods: Observe the gastric acid secretion without stimulated or stimulated by gastrin in normal rats, rats with deficiency of the Pi, and which treated by BYT. Results: Without stimulation, there is no difference between these rats; however, after stimulation significantly increase the hypersensitivity of gastric acid secretion in rats with deficiency of the Pi was observed. After treated by BYT the condition reversed. Conclusion: BYT can decline the hypersensitivity of gastric acid secretion stimulated by gastrin in rats with deficiency of the Pi.更多还原
