复方沙棘对脑缺血大鼠脑组织MDA、血小板数和凝血时间的影响
The influence of Compound Hippophae rhamnoides L. on MDA of brain, blood coagulation time and platelet number in focal cerebrat ischemia rat
【摘要】 目的 :探讨复方沙棘对脑缺血大鼠脑组织MDA、血小板数和凝血时间的影响。方法 :采用大脑中动脉阻断术(MCAO)制作大鼠缺血性脑梗塞模型 ,TBA比色法测定术后 72h大鼠脑组织MDA的含量、血小板数和凝血时间。结果 :复方沙棘能明显降低脑梗塞大鼠脑组织MDA含量 ,但对凝血时间和血小板数目均无明显影响。结论 :复方沙棘对大鼠缺血性脑梗塞具有明显的保护作用 ,它是通过降低MDA含量 ,抑制脂质过氧化来发挥作用的。
【Abstract】 object AIM: To study the mechanism of Compound Hippophae rhamnoides L. (CHRL) on focal cerebral ischemia and cerebral infarction. Methods: Focal cerebral ischemia model was made by middle cerebral artery occlusion (MCAO) in rats. After occlusion for 72 hours, MDA content in brain was determined by TBA colorimetric analysis. Blood coagulation time and platelet number were examined. Results: CHRL (ig 9.98, 19.95g/kg) could reduce MDA content in rat’s brain, but had no obvious effect on blood coagulation time and platelet number. Conclusion: These results suggested that CHRL could markedly reduce the content of MDA in rat’s brain.
