【摘要】 目的 :探讨脂肝泰胶囊治疗高脂血症脂肪肝的作用机制。方法 :采用高脂饮食喂饲大鼠复制脂肪肝模型 ,测定各组大鼠血清和肝组织肿瘤坏死因子 α(TNFα)的含量。结果 :模型组大鼠血清和肝组织TNFα 的含量明显升高 ;脂肝泰治疗组大鼠血清和肝组织TNFα 的含量均明显降低。结论 :TNFα 在高脂血症性脂肪肝的病理生理过程中起着重要作用 ,脂肝泰胶囊可通过抑制枯否细胞过度活化 ,降低血清和肝组织TNFα 含量 ,控制炎症反应 ,发挥抗脂肪肝作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the mechanism of Zhigantan (ZHGT) capsule in the therapy of fatty liver rats with hyperlipidemia. Method: We duplicated the animal model with high fat diet and divided them into model group, high dose group, low dose group, Dongbaogantai (DBGT) group and normal control group at random. Made intervention with high dose and low dose ZHGT and DBGT, then test the tumor necrosis factor α (TNF α)contents of serum and liver tissue of all groups. Results: The TNF α contents of serum and liver tissue of model group were increased significantly (P<0.01) than that of normal control group. Compared with model group, TNF α contents of serum and liver tissue of all the treatment groups were reduced remarkably (P<0.05 or P<0.01). Every target contents in the low dose group were lower than DBGT group (P<0.05). Conclusions: TNF α plays a important role in the pathophysiology process of fatty liver with hyperlipidemia. Zhigantai ZHGT capsule can reduce the TNF α contents of serum and liver tissue, control the reaction of inflammation, and exert the role of anti hyperlipidemia through restrain excess activity of kupffer cells.更多还原
