【摘要】 目的 :研究苦豆子总碱对亚慢性照射引发的小鼠辐射损伤的影响。方法 :小鼠腹腔注射不同剂量的苦豆子总碱 ,用60Coγ射线全身低剂量均匀间断照射小鼠 10 6d ,累计吸收剂量为 3 2 5Gy ,检测体重变化值、MDA含量、SOD活力、免疫器官脏器指数。结果 :辐射损伤后小鼠体重增加幅度下降、脾指数及胸指数下降 ,MDA含量增高 ,SOD活力下降 ,苦豆子总碱可促进上述指标恢复。结论 :苦豆子总碱对亚慢性受照小鼠有一定的保护作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the effects of Sophora alopecuroides on sub chronic radiation injury in mice. Methods: The mice were radiated intemittently by 60 Coγ rays for 106 days at the total absorption doses of 3.25 Gy, at the same time these mice were treated orally at the different doses of Sophora alopecuroides. Then body weight, contents of MDA in liver organazition and activites of SOD, spleen/body weight and thymus/body weight were measured. Results: After radiation injury, rays could prevent the elevation of body weight, spleen/body weight?thymus/body weight and activities of SOD reduced remarkablely, contents of MDA increased obviously. Oral Administration of Sophora alopecuroides can accelerate restoration of the indexs. Conclusion: Sophora alopecuroides has certain protective effects on irradiated mice.更多还原
