【摘要】 目的 :研究金七叶合剂的解热、镇痛作用。方法 :采用百白破三联菌苗所致家兔发热模型观察药物的解热作用 ;采用醋酸扭体法、热板法及电刺激法小鼠疼痛模型研究药物的镇痛作用。结果 :金七叶合剂能明显降低实验性发热动物体温 ,在三种疼痛模型上均表现出明显的镇痛作用。结论 :金七叶合剂具有解热和镇痛作用更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the antipyretic and analgesic effect of Jinqiye mistura. Methods: The antipyretic effect of the mistura was observed using rabbits fever model (by injection pertussis dyphtheria tetanus vaccine). The analgesic effect of the mistura was studied by HAC writing, Hot plate and electric stimulating test. Results: Jinqiye mistura remarkably diminished the body temperature in fevered experimental animals and it also showed an evident analgesic effect in three analgesic experiments. Conclusion: Jinqiye mistura has an antipyretic an analgesic effect.更多还原
