保肾冲剂对慢性肾小球肾炎模型红细胞免疫功能、T淋巴细胞亚群的影响

【摘要】 目的 :从免疫学角度探讨保肾冲剂的作用。方法 :建立兔系膜增殖性肾炎 (MsPGN)模型 ,观察保肾冲剂对T淋巴细胞亚群、红细胞免疫功能的影响。结果 :兔MsPGN模型T淋巴细胞亚群 (CD3 、CD4、CD8)明显下降、红细胞免疫复合物花环率 (E I CRR)升高、红细胞C3b受体花环率 (E C3bRR)下降。经保肾冲剂治疗后 ,以上各值均有不同程度的恢复。结论 :保肾冲剂可改善实验性慢性肾小球肾炎模型兔红细胞免疫功能及T淋巴细胞亚群异常

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the pharmacological action of Baoshen mixture (BSM) in immunology. Methods: The rabbit model of mesangial proliferative blomerulonephritis (MesPGN) was made, the changs of T lymphocyte subsets?red cell immunity in the MesPGN was observed after treating by BSM mixture orally. Results: Compared with the control, E C 3b RR and CD 3?CD 4?CD 8 cell level were decreased while E ICRR was increased in the rabbit model of MesPGN obviously; There are significant difference between them. The amounts above was recovered after treating by BSM mixture. Conclusion: Red cell immunity and T lymphocyte subsets are abnormal in experimental model of chronic glomerulonephritis; these abnormal states can be improved by BSM moxture, this is related to BSM improving kidney function and regulating immunity.
