【摘要】 目的 :观察心血通对实验性猫心力衰竭的影响。方法 :用戊巴比妥钠造成猫急性心衰模型 ,静注心血管 0 2～ 2ml/kg ,用多道生理记录仪记录和电磁流量计测定猫的心脏血流动力学参数。结果 :给猫静注戊巴比妥钠形成急性心力衰竭时 ,心率、血压、心肌收缩力等心脏血流动力学参数均比心衰前降低一半以上。静注心血通后 2～ 10min引起心功能参数剂量依赖性变化 ,作用维持 15～ 30min。结论 :心血通对药物造成的心衰有改善作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the effect of Xinxuetong on cat acute heart failure. Methods: Adopting iv pentobarbital sodium to make a model of acute heart failure in anesthetized cats, Xinxuetong (0.2～2ml/kg) is administered and cardiohemodynamics parameters are measured by polygraph and electromagnetic flowmeter. Results: When adopting iv pentobarbital sodium to make a model of acute heart failure in anesthetized cats, the cardiohemodynamics parameters (such as cardiac rate, BP) decresed over 50 percent of the normal index. It caused the changing of the index of cardiac function within 2～10 min, after iv Xinxuetong. The effect lasted 15～30min. Conclusion: Xinxuetong has the function of amelioration to the heart failure that is caused by the drug.更多还原
