南沙参多糖对大鼠的辐射防护作用

【摘要】 目的 :观察南沙参多糖 (RAPS)对受60 Coγ射线照射大鼠的辐射防护作用。方法 :用 0 5~ 2g/kg剂量的RAPS给Wistar大鼠每天灌胃一次 ,连续 14天 ,于第 15天采用60 Coγ射线一次性全身照射 ( 8 0Gy) ,72小时后进行抗氧化功能等指标测定 ;另一批大鼠 ,经灌胃RAPS(剂量同上 )后 ,第 15天采用60 Coγ射线一次性全身照射 ( 6 0Gy) ,观察照射后 5 0天存活率。 结果 :灌胃RAPS可减轻大鼠60 Coγ射线辐射损伤 ,提高 5 0天存活率。还可使辐射大鼠血清丙二醛 (MDA)含量减少 ;全血中谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶 (GSH Px)活性增加 ;红细胞中超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)含量回升。结论 :RAPS有抗辐射的作用。

【Abstract】 Objective: Anti-radiation effects of Radix Adenophorae polysaccharides (RAPS) were studied on the rats irradiated with 60 Coγ rays. Methods: The rats were fed with RAPS daily for 14 days and irradiated with 60 Coγ rays (8.0Gy) on the fifteenth day. 72 hours after 60 Coγ-irradiation, the malondialdehyde (MDA) contents in the serum, blood glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) activity and superoxide dismutase (SOD) contents in red blood cell were determined respectively. Survival ratio of other rats in 50 days was recorded after irradiation with 60 Coγ rays (6.0Gy). Results: Decrease of GSH-Px in blood and SOD activities in red blood cell and increase of MDA contents in the serum caused by 60 Coγ-irradiation were reversed significantly by pretreatment with RAPS. Survival ratio of rats in 50 days was increased. Conclusion: RAPS had the effects of anti-radiation.
