【摘要】 目的　对肺癌脑转移放射治疗后疗效进行评价。方法　 2 9例肺癌脑转移患者采用以放射治疗为主的综合治疗 ,就其治疗效果进行分析。结果　本组症状体征缓解率为 85 .7% ,尤以头痛、呕吐、肢体瘫痪的缓解率较高 ,分别为 92 .3%、94 .7%和 81.3%。中位生存期为 8.7mo。放疗后生存期较长的患者 ,无明显记忆力减退 ,生活能自理。结论　放射治疗是治疗肺癌脑转移最有效的方法之一 ,放射剂量在 5 0～ 6 0GY/5～ 6wk是安全可靠的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Brain metastases from lung cancer were studied retrospectively for the effectiveness of cranial radiotherapy.Methods To evaluate the treatment effects of radiotherapy.29 patients of brain metastases from lung cancer were treated with combined treatment of radiotherapy chiefly.Results The overall response rate of neurological symptoms was 85.7%. The response rate of headache. Vomiting and paralysis was 92.3%, 94.7%and 81.3%. Average survival time for all patients were 8.7 months. The patients received radiation with long-term Survival had not evidently the failing of memory, and make one?s own living.Conclusions The result showed that radiotherapy is the most effective method for those cases of brain metastases from lung cancer.
