【摘要】 目的　观察庆大霉素肌肉注射引起的臀肌损害。方法　给家兔肌肉注射庆大霉素 ,用组织化学和超微结构观察臀肌损害的情况 ,并对 16例臀部肌肉注射庆大霉素后引起臀肌损伤的婴幼儿进行临床分析。结果　庆大霉素损害横纹肌的能量代谢 ,致肌细胞造成不可逆的损害 ,继而发生肌挛缩。结论　对婴幼儿应避免用庆大霉素进行肌肉注射。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective The experiment of the muscle injury that the muscle of the rabbit was injected with Gentamycin sulfate was finished.Methods The presentation of the the rabbits was similar to 16 infants with the gluteus muscle injury by injected Gentamycin Sulfate. After 10 days of experiment, The muscle of the rabbit was cut and examined by L.M , E.M AND stanied by ATP ase reaction. A series of pathological character was appeared in the muscle , Which was in well accordance with that happened in clinical cases of human muscle injury treated before.Results The Gentamycin Sulfate might damage the energy metabolism of the muscle and cause the muscle injury and the muscle contracture.Conclusions The article empthasizes that the infant should not inject with Gentamycin sulfate.更多还原
