【摘要】 目的　了解遵义市高血压流行特征及危险因素 ,为制定社区干预对策与措施提供依据。方法　采用分层整群抽样方法 ,对遵义市部份 4 0a及以上的中老年进行流行病学调查 ,危险因素采用 1:1病例对照研究。结果　遵义市 4 0a以上人口高血压患病率为 2 6 .2 % ,且随年龄增加而增加 ,农村高于城市 ,男性高于女性。体质指数(BMI)、腰 /臀比值 (WHR)、家族史、吸烟、饮酒是高血压的危险因素。OR值分别为 2 .6 5、2 .96、3.5 2、2 .17和 2 .2 3,各因素的 95 %CI分别为 1.5 1 4 .6 4、1.13 6 .6 7、1.87 6 .6 2、1.0 7 4 .39和 1.10 4 .5 2。结论　高血压是社区中老年人的主要疾病之一 ,需加强社区高血压的干预和预防更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the epidemiological features and risk factors of hypertension in Zunyi, so as to provide the foundation of formulating and implementing for the community intervention program.Methods The persons aged 40 years and over in Zunyi,were investigated by the method of stratified cluster sampling , 1:1 case control study was used to analysis the risk factors.Results The prevalence rate of hypertension aged 40 years and over in Zunyi was 26.2% and increased paralelly with age.The prevalence rate of hypertension in rural areas was significantly higher than that in urban , and the male was significantly higher than that female; body mass index(BMI)? waist to hip ratio(WHR)?family history?smoke?drinking wine were risk factors of hypertension.Their odds ratio(OR) were 2.65?2.96?3.52?2.17 and 2.23 respectively, their 95% confidence interval(CI) were 1.51 4.64?1.13 6.67?1.87 6.62?1.07 4.39 and 1.10 4.52 respectively.Conclusions Hypertension is a disease that seriously endangers the health of the middle and elderly aged persons its prevention measures and intervention measures are in urgent need in community.
