【摘要】 目的　了解遵义市中老年Ⅱ型糖尿病危险因素 ,为制定社区干预对策与措施提供依据。方法　对 12 5例Ⅱ型糖尿病病人进行 1:1配比病例对照研究。结果　糖尿病家族史、体重指数 (BMI)、腰臀比值 (WHR)、高血压和低体力劳动与Ⅱ型糖尿病有联系 ,OR值分别为 5 .93、3.6 8、4.84、3.89和 3.2 5 ,各因素的 95 %CI分别为 2 .42 7～14.492、2 .44 1～ 9.34 2、1.92 7～ 12 .15 6、1.6 43～ 9.2 0 7和 1.336～ 10 .839。结论　糖尿病家族史、肥胖 ,高血压和低体力劳动是Ⅱ型糖尿病的危险因素。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the risk factors of type Ⅱ diabetes mellitus in middle and elderly-aged persons in Zunyi, to provide the foundation of formulating and implementing for the community intervention program. Methods A 1:1 individually matched case-control study of 125 type Ⅱ diabetes mellitus cases was conducted. Results The diabetic family history?body mass index(BMI)?waist to hip ratio(WHR)?history of hypertension and low physical activity were significantly associated with type Ⅱ diabetes mellitus. Their odd ratios were 5.93?3.68?4.84?3.89 and 3.25 respectively, their 95% confidence interval (CI) were 2.427～14.492?2.441～9.342?1.927～12.156?1.643～9.207 and 1.336～10.839 respectively. Conclusions The diabetic family history?obesity?history of hypertension and low physical activity were risk factors of type Ⅱ diabetes mellitus.更多还原
