【摘要】 目的　了解广东汉族人甲基四氢叶酸还原酶 (MTHFR)基因的分布特点 ,并与其它地区人群进行比较。方法　应用聚合酶链反应技术对正常人甲基四氢叶酸还原酶 (MTHFR)基因进行扩增以HinfI进行限制性酶切图谱分析。结果　广东汉族人MTHFR基因中 ,表现型T/T频率是 3% ,表现型T/C是 36 5 % ,表现型C/C是 6 0 5 %。MTHFR基因T频率是 0 196 ,基因C频率是 0 80 4。结论　广东汉族人MTHFR基因的分布与其它地区及人种有不同。更多还原
