【Abstract】 The statistical analysis for genetic epidemiololgy (SAGE)package consists of a set of computer programs for use in the analysis of family data. In this paper, we introduce the main functios and using environment of the SAGE software, mainly discuss about the mathematical theory and usage of the tow modules called FCOR2 and TDTEX. Use TDTEX, we detect the presence of linkage disequilibrium between marker loci 85CA and a disease locus.更多还原
