【摘要】 目的探讨纯中药金芪降糖片(金芪片)和睡前注射中效胰岛素(NPH)联合口服降糖药物对继发性药物失效的2型糖尿病的疗效及可能机制。方法57例继发性药物失效的2型糖尿病患者随机分为金芪片组和胰岛素组,采用对比研究的方法,观察两组患者治疗前后的疗效和相关指标的变化。结果金芪片和胰岛素对继发性药物失效的2型糖尿病患者的空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2h血糖(PBG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)均有改善(P<0.01)。金芪片还能降低患者的甘油三酯(TG)、胆固醇(CH)及提高患者的胰岛素敏感性(ISI)(P<0.05)。结论金芪片和睡前注射NPH均能改善继发性药物失效的2型糖尿病的糖代谢水平。但对血脂及ISI的改善,金芪片优于胰岛素治疗组。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the effect of Jinqi tablet and bedtime insulin combined with oral antidiabetic agents in treating type 2 diabetes mellitus (DM2) patients with secondary failure to oral antidiabetic agents and to explore its mechanism. Methods: Fifty-seven cases of DM2 with secondary failure to oral antidiabetic agents were randomly allocated to two groups. Twenty-nine cases of Jinqi tablet group were treated with Jinqi tablet combining with oral antidiabetic agents and 28 of insulin group treated with bedtime neutral protamine hagedorn (NPH) combining with oral antidiabetic agents. The therapeutic effect and related indexes in the two groups were observed and compared. Results: After treatment, the levels of fasting blood glucose (FBS), postprandial blood glucose (PBS) and glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1c) were decresed significantly in the two groups(P < 0.01). Serum levels of cholesterol (CH) and triglycerides (TG) were lowered and insulin sensitive index (ISI) were improved in Jinqi tablet group (P < 0.05) while the differences of CH, TG and ISI were not significant in insulin group. Conclusion: Jinqi tablets and bedtime NPH combining with oral antidiabetic agents were effective in treating DM2 with secondary failure to oral antidiabetic agents and Jinqi tablets were superior to NPH in reducing serums levels of CH , TG and improving ISI.更多还原
