【摘要】 目的　探讨三维超声评价胆囊排空功能及其用于诊断慢性胆囊炎的准确性。方法　用三维、二维超声测量 74例健康成人和 61例慢性胆囊炎患者获得满意图像的脂餐后胆囊的排空指数 ,其中 5 1例同时采用核素显像法测量。以病理和核素显像法为标准 ,比较三维、二维超声评价胆囊排空功能及诊断慢性胆囊炎的准确性。结果　三维超声评价胆囊排空功能及诊断慢性胆囊炎的准确性分别为 92 .2 %和 93 .4% ,高于二维超声。结论　三维超声测量胆囊排空功能及诊断慢性胆囊炎的准确性高于二维超声方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the accuracy of three dimensional (3D) ultrasound for studying gallbladder ejection function and for diagnosing chronic cholecystitis. Methods Gallbladder ejection fraction of 135 cases were detected with 3D and 2D ultrasound, 51 cases were also studied with radionuclide imaging. Results Accuracy of 3D ultrasound for detecting gallbladder emptying function and in diagnosing chronic cholecystitis were 92.2% and 93.4% respectively, which were superior to those of 2D ultrasound. Conclusion Accuracy of 3D ultrasound was superior to that of 2D ultrasound for evaluation of the gallbladder emptying function and for diagnosing chronic cholecystitis.更多还原
