【摘要】 目的　探讨多层螺旋CT肝脏增强扫描技术。方法　采用螺旋方式、准直 2 .5mm屏气扫描。造影剂总量 70～ 10 0ml经手背静脉用高压注射器注射 ,其压力为 3 0 0磅 ,流速 3ml/s ,注药时间约 2 5s ,注药前扫描一次 ,注药后不同时相扫描 2～ 4次。结果　 113例肝脏增强扫描患者中 ,10 5例很好地显示出腹主动脉、肝动脉、脾动脉、肝门区血管分支、门静脉、下腔静脉 ,8例患者因门脉高压导致影像不理想。结论　多层螺旋CT肝脏增强扫描可获得满意的血管图像。更多还原

【Abstract】 Purpose To assess hepatic contrast technology with multi slice spiral CT. Methods One hundred and thirteen patients were discussed after vena dorsum manus high pressure injection with 70-100ml contrast material while holding breath (300 pound pressure,3ml/s flowing velocity,25s injection duration).Scanning was performed once before injection and 2 to 4 times after injection during different stage (spiral scanning,2.5mm collimation). Results In all the cases,105 of them were showed good images in abdominal aorta,hepatic artery,splenic artery,portal vein,vena cava and vascular branches of portal hepatics,while eight of them were not showed wanted images because of portal venous hypertension. Conclusion Multi slice CT hepatic contrast scanning can provide satisfied vascular images.更多还原
