【摘要】 目的　探讨经阴道彩色多普勒超声 (TVCD)对未破裂型输卵管妊娠的临床应用价值。方法　应用TVCD诊断未破裂型输卵管妊娠 72例 ,根据超声所见分为未破损型或早期流产型及流产型 ,并对手术所见及保守治疗中监测的结果进行分析。结果　手术组 2 3例 (包括保守治疗中转手术的 9例 ) ,超声诊断符合率 95 .7% (2 2 /2 3 ) ,术中见两型间局部活动性出血情况显著不同 ;保守组 5 8例 ,治疗成功率 84.5 % (4 9/5 8) ,其中未破损型或早期流产型及流产型治疗成功率分别为92 .9%及 62 .5 % ,两型间疗效亦显著不同。结论　TVCD能及早对未破裂型输卵管妊娠做出可靠准确的诊断 ,并可根据超声分型协助临床对保守治疗病例的选择及疗效的监测评价更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To assess the value of transvaginal color Doppler (TVCD) in the diagnosis of unruptured tubal pregnancy. Methods Seventy two cases of unruptured tubal pregnancy were diagnosed with TVCD,and classified into two groups,intact and early stage abortion tubal pregnancy,and abortion tubal pregnancy. Results Twenty two in 23 (95.7%) cases of surgical unruptured tubal pregnancy diagnosed with TVCD (9 of them had received conservative treatment before surgery) were validated. The cure rate of conservative treatment of 58 unruptured tubal pregnancies was 84.5% (49/58). In thses cases,cure rates of intact or early stage abortion tubal pregnancy and abortion tubal pregnancy were 92.9% and 62.5% respectively. Conclusion Transvaginal colour Doppler sonography is an useful tool in diagnostic and management procedures of unruptured tubal pregnancy.更多还原
