【摘要】 目的　评价CT与PET对鼻咽癌 (NPC)的诊断价值。方法　对 5 2例NPC患者行CT和PET两项检查 ,分析比较二者检查结果的特点及相互关系。结果　 16例未治疗的NPC患者CT确诊 15例 ,PET确诊 16例。 36例治疗后复查的患者 ,CT确诊复发 15例 ,PET为 2 4例 ,其中 13例二者结果相符合 ,不符合的患者中 10例为治疗导致局部解剖结构改变及瘢痕形成使CT结果无法确定复发而PET确定为阳性。全部患者PET较CT多确定转移 2 6例。结论　CT是诊断鼻咽癌简便、有效的方法 ;但在治疗前分期、鉴别治疗后肿瘤有无残存、复发及远处转移方面 ,PET明显优于CT。更多还原

【Abstract】 Purpose To assess the value of CT and PET in detecting NPC. Methods Fifty two patients were studied by CT and PET, the characteristics and correlation of the results were analysed. Results In primary 16 patients,15 cases were diagnosed by CT,16 cases by PET. In post treated 36 patients,15 cases of recurrence were detected by CT, 24 cases by PET. More than twenty six metastatic patients were confirmed by PET than by CT. Conclusion CT is a convenient and available technique in diagnosis of primary NPC. About detecting the survival, recurrence and metastases, PET is more effective than CT in clinical staging.更多还原
