【Abstract】 As one of the diabetic micrangium complication,diabetic nephropathy(Dn) is the clinacal common and difficult disease because of its hiddenly invasion,high disease incidence,and intractability. We think the basic therapeutic principle to DN should be supplementing qi,nourishing yin,warming yang,tonifying the kidney,removing blood stasis and resolving turbidity. The clinical total effective rate was 90% on treating the earty and middle stages of DN with Tangshenkang created by Prof.lide lin,much better than the control group.meantime,Tangshnking could obviously improve clinical symptoms,lower blood glucose,blood fat,blood viscosity and fibrinogen,reduce urinary protein and improve the renal function.更多还原
