【摘要】 目的　探讨教师、铝作业和养路作业职业人群的亚健康状态发生现状及影响因素 ,以便为采取相应对策提供科学依据。方法　采用统一表格对 891名志愿者作答卷调查 ,所有结果均用Excel建立数据库 ,SAS软件统计分析。结果　亚健康状态总发生率为 6 6 89% ;5 1～ 5 5岁年龄组亚健康状态发生率均明显高于其他组 ,具有极显著意义 (P <0 .0 1) ,其中潜临床和前临床状态人数占比例也较高 (6 9 5 % )。随着文化程度的提高 ,亚健康状态发生率则明显降低。毕业班教师、电解工人和一线养路工人的亚健康状态发生率 (79 12 %、92 96 %和 92 1% )分别明显高于其他组 ,差异均具有极显著的意义 (P <0 .0 1)。结论　 3组职业人群亚健康状态发生率高达 6 6 89%。主要曩因素是 :工作、生活压力过大 ,人际关系处理欠妥、缺乏体育锻炼和自我保健意识差等。故应引起政府部门及社会各界高度重视 ,采取相应的预防对策。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective This study is to find out the status of the subhealthy state and affective factors about the occupational groups of teachers,aluminous workers and people in road maintaining,in order to offer the scientific evidence for adopting the countermeasures.Methods 857 volunteers accepted the survey of unific questionary,and all the questionaries were input into computers,and the database was built in Excel,the data is analysed with SAS.Results The results show that the total incidence rate of subhealthy state is 69 54%;the incidence rate of subhealthy state is obviously higher in the 51～55 y age group than that in any other groups,and the difference is remarkable( P<0.01 ),meanwhile the proportion with latent clinic and the preclinic state is higher(69.5%).The incidence rate of the subhealthy state is descending with the heightening of people’s education level.The incidence rate of the subhealthy state in the last grade’s teachers,aluminous workers and the people who maintain a road at outdoors(79.12%、92 96%和92 1%)is much higher than others ,and the differences are all remarkable( P<0.01 )respectively Conclusion The incidence of the subhealthy state in the three investigated groups is much high as 69 54% The main reasons are:the pressure from family and work is far to burden,the relationship to be dealed with is far from perfect,the group of people are short of exercise and there is a lack of self health protection.So it should be paid more attention by the government and the society,and the correspond preventive counter measures should be put into practice更多还原
