【Abstract】 The mechanisms of opiate dependence may include reward center,mesolimbic DA pathway,opiod receptor and endogenous opiod.Other transmitter system may also be involved in the mechanisms.Opiate dependence treatment can be divided into detoxitication treatment and prevention of drug relapse.The only drug for prevention of relapse to opiods is natreltone.Therefore,research must be focused on detecting the mechanism of opiate dependence and developing novel drugs to prevent relapse.更多还原
