【摘要】 目的:制备桂利嗪-β-环糊精包合物,并对包合物含量、溶解度进行了测定。方法:采用饱和溶液法制备桂利嗪-β-环糊精包合物。结果:经紫外光谱、相溶解度图法鉴定,桂利嗪与β-环糊精确已形成包合物,β-环糊精对桂利嗪的增溶倍数为3.33。结论:桂利嗪-β-环糊精包合物可使桂利嗪溶解度增加。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To prepare the inclusion complex of clinnarizine-β-cyclodextrin and determine its content and dissolution . Method:The inclusion complex of cinnarizine-?-cyclodextrin was prepared by saurated-solution method. Result:The inclusion complex of cinnarizine-?-cyclodextrin was identified by UV absorption spectrum and phase solubility diagram. Meanwhile the content analysis of inclusion complex showed that the dissoluation of cinnarizine was increased by 3.33 times.Conclusion:The inclusion complex of cinnarizine-?-cyclodextrin can increase the solubility of cinnarizine.更多还原
