【摘要】 目的:研究处理黄连最佳乙醇浓度。方法:用不同浓度乙醇处理黄连后,用紫外分光光度法分别测定相应样品总碱含量,用固体琼脂稀释法研究相应样品抗菌作用。结果:70％乙醇处理黄连后,总碱含量最高,抗菌作用最强。结论:70％乙醇为处理黄连最佳乙醇浓度。更多还原

【Abstract】 objective: To study the optimum.alcohol concentration for dealing with Rhizoma Coptidis method: After Rhizoma cop-tidis, was dealed with by a various concentrations of alcohol, the UV-spectrophotometry was adopted to determine the total alkaoid contents, the agar-dilution method was adopted to study the bacteriostatic effect. Result: After Rhizoma coptidis was dealed with by 70% of alcohol, the total alkaloid content was maximum, the antibacterial effect was highest. Conclusion :The 70% of alcohol is the optimum alcohol concentration for dealing with Rhizoma coptidis.更多还原
