【摘要】 目的:考察室温下6h内注射用头孢他啶、头孢曲松纳与二羟丙茶碱注射液在4种输液中配伍后稳定性。方法:采用双波长分光光度法测定各配伍溶液中头孢他啶、头孢曲松钠的含量变化情况。结果:室温下注射用头孢他啶、头孢曲松钠单独与4种输液配伍后其RSD都在0.5％以下,相同条件下注射用头孢他啶、头孢曲松钠分别于二羟丙茶碱注射液配伍后在4种输液中的RSD与前者比较变化不大。结论:注射用头孢他啶、头孢曲松钠分别与二羟丙茶碱注射液配伍后在4种输液中6h内保持基本稳定。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the compatibility of cefazidime or ceftriaxone sodium with diprophylline in four kinds of transfusions at room temperature for 6 hours. Methods: The changes of contents of ceftazidime or ceftriaxone sodium in four kinds of transfusions by dual wavelength spectrophotometry. Results: The contents of ceftazidime or ceftriaxone sodium degraded less than 1 % and 0.5%, respectively within 6 hours after they were admixed alone with the four kinds of transfusions, while the contents of ceftazidime or ceftriaxone sodium did not change significantly 6 hours after thery were admixed with diprophylline and added in four kinds of transfusions, respectively. Conclusion:The contents, of which 6 hours after ceftazidime or ceftriaxone sodium are admixed with diprophylline and added in the four kinds of transfusions, respectively, may be kept the stability essentially.更多还原
