论英德同盟谈判与1900年的英德协定
Comment on the Anglo-German Alliance Negotiations and the Anglo-German Agreement in 1900
【摘要】 文章论述了1898-1901年英德同盟谈判的外交背景、经过,1900年英德协定与这系列同盟谈判的关系及影响,分析了英德同盟谈判失败原因。
【Abstract】 The article discusses the background and reasons of the diplomacy within 1898-1901 the Anglo-German alliance negotiations,and the relations and impacts of the Anglo-German agreement in 1900 with these negotiations, to analyze the reasons of the failure of these negotiations.
