【Abstract】 In this paper, the process for high-voltage insulating resistance is discussed. The measuring ma- chine composed of high-speed 12-bit A/D chip and 97C58 sigle-chip microcomputer is superior to the one from America,England and Sweden’s in measuring accuracy and intelligence,and has a very good ability of resisting in- terference.更多还原
