【摘要】 目的了解清通法三制剂对中小量脑出血急性期的疗效。方法对照组73例采用西医治疗,治疗组93例在对照组治疗基础上加用清通法三制剂(羚蝎胶囊、开窍息风合剂、通腑合剂),治疗1月后观察临床疗效及神经功能缺损积分、日常生活能力、血肿吸收率、中医证类的变化。结果治疗组神经功能缺损积分、日常生活能力、血肿吸收率均优于对照组(P<0.05或0.01)。结论清通法三制剂能促进中小量脑出血急性期患者的神经功能恢复,促进血肿吸收,提高其生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the curative effect o f three herbal prescriptions for Cleaning Heat and Relaxing Bowels on patients with acute cerebral hemo rrhage(ACH)of small or moderate volume.Methods :73Patients(controlled group)with ACH were treated with western medici ne.Another 93(treated group)with ACH were treated with the same basic therapy,and combined with Lingxie Capsule,Kaiqiaoxifeng Decoction and Tongifu Decoction.The scores of neurological severity(SNS),the absorbancy of intracerebral hematoma and the activity of daily living(Barthel Index,BI )were compared after treating.Results:The SNS of treated group was lower than that of the contr olled group,while the value of BI and the absorbancy of intracerebral hemato ma in treated group was higher than th at in controlled group.Conclusion:Three herbal prescriptions for Cleaning Heat and Relaxing Bowels might play an important role in alleviating SNS and improving the absorbancy of intracerebral hemato ma and the living quality.更多还原
