【摘要】 目的通过观察复方葶苈注射液对肺阻抗血流图(IPR)表现的影响以了解其对肺心病肺动脉高压的作用。方法共观察肺心病60例,以酚妥拉明治疗者作为对照组,以复方葶苈注射液治疗者作为治疗组;采用肺阻抗测定仪于治疗前及治疗后第7d分别观测Q-B间期、B-Y间期、(Q-B)/(B-Y)、Q-BI、B-YI、α、HS、HR、mPAP等指标。结果治疗组显效率优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗后Q-B间期缩短、B-Y间期延长、(Q-B)/(B-Y)减小、HS增加、mPAP降低,与治疗前相比差异均有显著性(P<0.01或0.001);治疗组治疗后HR下降、Q-BI缩短、α延长,与治疗前相比差异均有显著性(P<0.05或0.001),而对照组这3项指标与治疗前相比差异无显著性;与对照组治疗后相比,治疗组HR、Q-B间期、Q-BI、Q-B/B-Y、α以及mPAP的改善程度更明显(P<0.05或0.01)。结论复方葶苈注射液具有降低肺动脉高压、改善右心功能的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the influence on Fufangtigli Injection to pulmonary hy-pertension by means of IPR.Methods :30patients were treated by Fufangtingli Injection as the treated group and 30by Phenola mine as the controlled group in-dividually .On pretreatment and post -treatment 7days,Q -B?B -Y?Q -B /B -Y?Q -BI ?B -YI ?α?HS ?HR?mPAP were observed by adopting IPR ra-dionete.Results:Affer treating,Q -B interphase beco med shortenig,and B -Y increasing,Q -B /B -Y decreasing,HS increasing and mPAP reducing in tow groups.There were all distinct diff erent compared with pretreatment .I n addetion,in the treated group,HR becomed decreasing,Q -BI shortening andαincreas-ing.There were all distinct differe nt compared with pretreatment,whil e these three markers were not distinct different compared with pertreatment in the co ntrolled group.Comparedwith the controlled group post -treatment,HR?Q -B?Q -BI ?Q -B /B -Y?αand mPAP were all distinct different in the treated group.Concluton:Fufangtingli Injection have the roles of decreasing pulmonary hypertension and ameliorating righ t cardiac function.更多还原
