【摘要】 目的 为了解公安刑侦人员心理卫生状况,确保公安刑侦人员身心健康及预防心理卫生疾病,特对公安刑侦人员进行了本次调查。方法 整群抽取某市刑警大队刑侦人员61人和该市公安局内勤人员51人为研究对象,采用问卷调查方法,内容包括SCL-90症状自评量表、生活事件量表,并对调查结果进行统计分析。结果 刑侦组9项症候群和阳性项目数得分均显著高与对照组,差异均有显著性;刑侦组躯体化、强迫症状、焦虑、精神病性等症候群分别与常模组比较,差异均有统计学意义。结论 职业紧张可使公安刑侦人员出现不同程度的心理卫生问题。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the psychological health of criminal policemen, ensure their health, and prevent the mental diseases. Methods By cluster- sampling, 61 criminal policemen and 51 logistic personnel in a police unit were surveyed with questionnaire of symptom checklist 90 (SLC - 90) and stress life events rating scale (SCLERS) . Results The results of nine factor - scores and positive item in criminal policemen were higher than those of the control group. And the results of somatization, obsessive - compulsive symptom, anxiety and psychoticism of criminal policemen were higher than those of the model group with statistical significance. Conclusion Occupational stress causes mental diseases in criminal policemen.更多还原
