【摘要】 目的 :探讨溃结饮治疗溃疡性结肠炎的作用机理。方法 :通过建立TNBS 乙醇大鼠溃疡性结肠炎 (ulcerativecolitis ,UC)模型 ,观察用溃结饮分别治疗 1、2、3周后 ,UC大鼠血浆GMP 14 0含量的变化。结果 :UC时 ,血浆GMP 14 0含量升高 ;在第 1、2、3周时 ,溃结饮组血浆GMP 14 0含量均低于模型组 (P <0 0 5 ) ,且其治疗作用优于柳氮磺吡啶组。结论 :溃结饮发挥对UC治疗作用的机制之一是改善血小板活化功能 ,从而减轻肠黏膜的损伤和炎症反应更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:to approach the treatment mechanism of Kui Yieyin to UC rat model.Method:through using rat model of ulceration induced by TNBS,we observed the effect of Kui Jieyin to GMP 140 content of blood plasma in 1 3 week treatment by Kui Jieyin.Results:the GMP 140 content of blood plasma in ulcerative colitis(UC) model was increased;the GMP 140 content of blood plasma ulcerative colitis(UC)model was increased;the GMP\|140 content of blood plasma in Kui Jieyin group was lower than its in model group( P <0 05)in week 1,week 2 and week 3.And the therapeutic result of Kui Jieyin was better than Sulfasalazine.Conclusion:to regulate activation of blood platelet is the one way of the treatment mechanisms of Kuijie Yin to UC.更多还原
