【摘要】 目的 :探讨益精胶囊对雄性大鼠醋酸棉酚模型精子及其形态的影响。方法 :4 0只大鼠分为正常组 10只喂正常饲料 ;棉酚组 10只将醋酸棉酚 (2 0mg kg体重 )配制在饲料中 ;棉酸 +益精胶囊组 2 0只在棉酚组饲料中加益精胶囊 (0 2g kg·d)。 3个月后进行睾丸、附睾重量系数分析 ,观察精子计数活动度及形态。结果 :精子计数及活动度棉酚组与正常组比较有极显著性差异 (P <0 0 1) ,棉酚 +益精胶囊比较有显著性差异 (P <0 0 5 ) ,各组精子形态基本正常。结论 :益精胶囊具有较明显的升高精子计数和提高精子活动度作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objections:Investigation of the effect of yijing capsule on the sperm of male rat modeling with acetic aid gossypol.Methods:40 cases of rats were divided into three groups:negative control group, 10 cases, feeding with regular feed; Positive control, 10 cases, with regular feed and 20mg/kg acetic acid gossypol; 20 cases for study group, feed containing 0 2g/kg. d yijing capsule base on positive controls. 3 Months later, take out sperm, analysed its quantity, activity and shape, together with the weight of testis and epididymis.Results:Comparing with negarine control, the sperm quantity and activity in the positive control was significantly lower( P<0 01) ; Anyway, Comparing with. positive control, the study group had signficent higher sperm quantity and activity( P<0 05) . the shape did not have different among the three groups.Conclusion:yijing capsule enhance the quantity and activity of sperm at least for one injured by acetic acid gossypol.更多还原
