【摘要】 目的 :观察一氧化氮 (NO)和肿瘤坏死因子 (TNF α)在平喘宁治疗哮喘中的作用。方法 :运用镉还原柱层析及比色法和酶联免疫检测法检测豚鼠肺泡灌洗液 (BALF)中NO、TNF α含量。结果 :哮喘组豚鼠BALF中NO、TNF α含量比正常对照组明显升高 ,而在平喘宁治疗后 ,BALF中NO、TNF α含量比哮喘组豚鼠明显降低。结论 :平喘宁可通过降低NO、TNF α含量而治疗哮喘。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:to observe the effect of No.TNF α on Guinea pigs with asthma by the treatment of Ping chuan Ning.method:to investigate the contention of No.TNF α of BALF in the Guina pigs of contrast.asthma.ping chuan Ning groups by the method of ELISA.result:Asthma group had increased amounts of No.TNF α of BALF compared with the contrast group,and by treatment of Ping chuan Ning,the amounts of No.TNF α went down,almost to the level of the contrast group.conclusion:The ping chuan Ning can treat the asthma by the way of lowering the contention of No.TNF α.更多还原
