【摘要】 目的 :观察中西医结合对亚急性甲状腺炎患者的治疗效果。方法 :将 6 7例患者随机分为 3组 ,中西医结合治疗组给予强的松和清热解毒、消肿散结的中药汤剂 ,并与单纯强的松组和单纯中药组作疗效对照。结果 :中西医结合治疗组改善临床症状、降低血沉所需时间明显少于对照组 ,且激素的副作用亦小于西药组。结论 :中西医结合治疗亚甲炎具有疗程短、疗效好、副作用小等优点 ,值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the clinical effect of subacute thyroiditis treated with combination of TCM and western medicine.Methods:67 cases of patients with subacute thyrodiditis were devided into three groups at random:the group being treated with combination of Prednisone and the docoction that can dispell heat and relieve toxicity and remove lump;the grooup only being treated with Prednisone;and the group only being treated with the docoction mentioned above.The clinical effects of the three groups were compared with each other.Results:The time of improvement on the clinical symptoms and erythrocyte sedimentation of the group being treated with combination therapy was shorter than that of the others,and side effect was lighter than that of the group being treated with Prednisone.Conclusion:Combination therapy was shorter on period of treatment,more effective on effects and lighter on side effect than that of the others and is worth of widespreading in clinical treatment.更多还原
