【摘要】 目的　为阐明茶多福胶囊对急性乙醇中毒的预防作用。方法　对NIH小鼠预防性给予茶多福 ,观测其乙醇中毒后的爬杆能力和死亡率 ,并用气相色谱法测定其血浆中乙醇残留浓度。结果　预服茶多福可降低小鼠的急性乙醇中毒死亡率 ,显著改善乙醇中毒小鼠的爬杆能力 ,在乙醇灌胃后 60min和 12 0min ,预服茶多福组的小鼠血浆乙醇浓度比生理盐水组分别下降了 5 2 %和 3 2 %。结论　预服茶多福能有效对抗乙醇所致的小鼠急性中毒 ,可能系通过降低血浆乙醇浓度发挥效应。更多还原

【Abstract】 ObjectiveTo investigate the effects of Chaduofu capsule on preventing acute alcoholic intoxication. MethodsAdministrated or not with Chaduofu capsule previously, the ability of crawling rod and mortality rate of the NIH mouse in alcoholic intoxication were observed and the concentration of alcohol in the plasma was detected with Chromatography.ResultsThe mortality of acute alcoholic intoxication was decreased and the ability of crawling rod was improved in the Chaduofu capsule treated group with compare to the saline treated group. The concentration of alcoholic was decreased 52% and 32% respectively at 60min and 120min after stomach perfus in Chaduofu capsule treated group comparing to the saline treated group.ConclusionsChaduofu capsule has an effect on preventing acute alcoholic intoxication of mouse, and its possible reason is maybe decreasing the concentration of alcohol in plasma更多还原
