【摘要】 目的　探讨上皮细胞钙粘附素 (E CD)表达与转移的关系。方法　采用免疫组织化学方法对112例鼻咽癌活检病理标本的E CD表达进行研究。结果　 112例鼻咽癌中E CD阳性表达 2 9例、弱阳性表达3 3例、阴性表达 5 0例 ,而 2 0例正常鼻咽粘膜E CD阳性表达 18例、弱阳性表达 2例 (P <0 0 1)。中分化鳞状细胞癌阳性表达 5 / 8,低分化鳞状细胞癌阳性表达 2 4/ 95 ,未分化细胞癌均为阴性表达 (P <0 0 2 5 )。结论　鼻咽癌细胞E CD表达改变与鼻咽癌细胞分化程度有关 ,失去E CD阳性表达的肿瘤细胞 ,细胞间的粘附能力减低或丧失 ,是鼻咽癌易发生颈淋巴结转移的因素之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To invest the expression of E cadherin (E CD) and its clinical significance in human nasopharyngeal carcinoma. Methods 112 cases of nasopharyngeal carcinoma with different degree of differentiation were investigated. Expression of E CD in biopsy tissues was detected by immunohistochemical method. Results 29 cases strongly expressed E CD, 33 cases weakly expressed and others did not express. In the 20 normal control, there were 18 strongly expressed and 2 weakly expressed. The difference had statistical significance (P<0 01). In the 8 cases of middle differentiated squamous carcinoma, there were 5 cases expressing E CD. The frequency of E CD expression in low differentiated squamous carcinoma was 24 in 95. None of undifferentiated carcinoma expressed E CD. (P<0 025) Conclusion Different expression of E CD correlated with the degree of cellular differentiation and pathological stages. Abnormal expression of E CD correlated with the metastasis of squamous carcinoma of nasopharynx.更多还原
