二氧化氯发生器在集中式供水中推广应用的价值

【摘要】 目的 推荐一种适合乡镇水厂供水消毒较理想的消毒方法。方法 通过观察二氧化氯发生器在现场应用的消毒效果 ,核算消毒成本 ,调查观察应用全过程的运行管理状况。结果 二氧化氯发生器应用后 ,出厂水、管网水细菌总数、大肠菌群和游离余氯 3项指标每次检测合格率均达 10 0 % ,与应用前相比 ,水质的细菌学指标合格率显著提高 (χ2 出厂水 =44 2 9,χ2 管网水 =75 3 1,P均小于 0 0 0 5 )。每吨水消毒综合成本平均为 0 0 2 84元 ,发生器性能稳定 ,操作简单 ,无需专人看守 ,无较大故障 ,使用单位较为满意。结论 对大多数水厂采用液氯消毒有困难的 ,而经济条件较好的地区 ,化学法二氧化氯发生器提供了一种新型和适宜的消毒设备。

【Abstract】 Objective To recommend an ideal sterilization method adapting to centralized water supply plant in small town. Methods sterilization effect of the chlorine dioxide generator was observed on the spot, sterilization cost was calculated and the running status of management was monitored. Results After using the generator, the qualified rates of the plant output and plumber web water were 100% for each test; the qualified rates of bacteriological indexes increased significantly compared with before. The cost per ton water was 0.0284 yuan. The generator also had the characteristics of stable and simple operation. Conclusion Chlorine dioxide generator provides a new type of sterilization equipment, which is suitable to the centralized water supply plant in small towns.
