【Abstract】 This article reviews the general tendency of technology pllicies in developed countries and makes some international comparisons on the technology investment. From the comparison, we can see that Chian is still left behind by developed countries. The key reason is that Chinese government lacks clear vision about technology development.Therefore, the author suggests that Chinese government must push all reforms forward and play a key role in technology innovation. In order to convert the rtsults of technology and science into realistic procductivity, technology innovation mechanism that centered by enterprises must be created.更多还原
