【摘要】 目的:比较不同来源黄芩种子的质量。方法:用常规方法测定不同产区、不同批次黄芩种子千粒重、饱满种子率和发芽率。结果:宁夏和山东莒县第一批黄岑种子在千粒重、饱满率、发芽率均表现较好,饱满种子达95％以上,千粒重达2.2 g左右,发芽率达90％以上。结论:不同来源的黄芩种子质量上存在差异。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the seed quality of Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi. Method: Collecting seeds from different habitats and studying the thousand-seeds weight, plumpness rate and germination percentage. Result: The seeds from Ningxia and Juxian (Shandong province) are better than those from other habitats. Its plumpness rate is above 95% , thousand-seeds weight is 2.2g and germination percentage is above 90%. Conclusion:There are obvious differences in quality of seeds of Scutellaria baicalensis from different habitats.更多还原
