【Abstract】 Safequarding workers’ legitimate rights and interests of occupational safety and health is a holy responsibility of trade unions. The trade unions should apply their rights andowed by the state laws and exercise effective supervision on work safety on behalf workers and by organizing workers. In participatinq the investigation and handling of infuries accidents, the trade unions at various levels should take a firm and unequivocal standpoint to counter against actions in violation of the state laws and regulations on work safety and health and actions causing severe injury, death and loss to workers.更多还原
