【摘要】 目的 :观察醒脑静注射液治疗新生儿缺血缺氧性脑病 (NHIE)的疗效。方法 :5 2例分为两组 ,对照组 2 0例用常规方法治疗 ,治疗组 32例在常规治疗的基础上于出生后第 3天加用醒脑静注射液 2～ 4ml/ d溶于 5 % G.S5 0 ml中静滴 ,每日 1次 ,7天为一疗程。两组均于出生后第 30天复查头颅 CT。结果 :治疗组总有效率为 93.7% ,对照组为 80 .0 % ,治疗组疗效优于对照组 (χ2 =5 .0 9,P<0 .0 5 )。治疗组意识、反射、肌张力的恢复时间均明显短于对照组 t1 =4.71,P1 <0 .0 1;t2 =2 .80 ,P2 <0 .0 1;t3 =4.97,P3 <0 .0 5 )。治疗组头颅 CT异常率明显低于对照组 (χ2 =2 3.80 ,P <0 .0 5 )。两组后遗症发生率有非常显著性差异 (χ2 =5 9.6 0 ,P<0 .0 1)。结论 :联用醒脑静注射液治疗 NHIE疗效优于常规治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the effect of "Xin Nao" intravenous injection in treating newborn hypoxia ischemia encephalopathy (NHIE). Methods: 52 cases had been divided into two groups: The control group (20 cases) had been treated by routine treatment and the treated group (32 cases), at third day of post born, added "Xin Nao" injection 2～4ml/d mixed with G·S 50ml in nevous transfusion ,taking 7 days as a course. Both groups had been taken skull CT in postborn 30 days. Results: The total effect in the treated was 93.7% and that in the control ,80.0%. The curative effect in the former was better than that in the latter (χ 2=5.09,P<0.05). The recovery time of consciousness, reflection and muscular tension were shortter than these in the control (t 1=4.71,P 1<0.01;t 2=2.80,P 2<0.01;t 3=4.97,P 3<0.05). The abnormal rate of skull CT in the treated was obvious lower than that in the control (χ 2=23.80,P<0.05). The in cidence rate of saquel was obvious different between two groups (χ 2=59.60,P<0.01).
