【摘要】 目的 :研究通舒胶囊对脑缺血的保护作用。方法 :运用结扎大鼠左侧大脑中动脉及颈总动脉的脑缺血模型研究通舒胶囊对脑缺血的保护作用 ,测定指标包括脑含水量、脑缺血范围、血浆超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)及丙二醛 (MDA)的含量变化。结果 :通舒胶囊能降低脑缺血后的脑含水量 ,减轻脑水肿 ,减少缺血区域面积 ,升高血浆SOD含量 ,并降低血浆MDA量 ,降低缺血造成的脑损伤 ,提高大脑对缺氧的耐受力。结论 :通舒胶囊有明显的脑缺血保护作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the protective effects of Tongshu capsule(TSC) on cerebral ischemia.Methods:Through ligaturing left middle cerebral artery and common carotid artery in rats to observe the influence of TSC on the brain water content, area of cerebral ischemia, MDA and SOD content of plasma.Results:TSC significantly decreased the brain water content,brain oedematose degree,area of cerebral ischemia,MDA content of plasma and increased the SOD content of plasma.These effects show that TSC can ease the ischemia injury and increase hypoxia tolerance in brain.Conclusion:TSC has protective effect on acute cerebral ischemia injury.更多还原
