【摘要】 土贝母 [Bolbostemmapaniculatum(Maxim )Franquet (Cucurbitaceae) ]是一种传统中药。土贝母苷甲和苷乙都是从土贝母中分离、纯化出来的抗肿瘤活性成分 ,属齐墩果烷型三萜皂苷 ,苷甲和苷乙在结构上的惟一区别是苷乙 16位碳上的羟基。苷甲和苷乙的构效关系研究表明 ,苷乙的抗肿瘤活性较苷甲更强 ,毒性更低。苷甲和苷乙都能诱导细胞周期阻滞和细胞凋亡。更多还原

【Abstract】 Tubeimu, Bolbostemma paniculatum (Maxim) Franquet (Cucurbitaceae),was a traditional Chinese medicine.Tubeimosides Ⅰ and Ⅱ are both anti tumor active components and oleanane type of triterpenoid saponins isolated from this plant.C 16 hydroxyl group of tubeimoside Ⅱ is the only difference in the chemical structure between tubeimosides Ⅰ and Ⅱ. A study on structure activity relationship of tubeimosides in anti tumor effect reveals that anti tumor activity of tubeimoside Ⅱ is stronger than that of tubeimoside I,and the acute toxicity of tubeimoside Ⅱ is lower than that of tubeimoside I.Both of tubeimosides I and Ⅱ can induce cell cycle arrest and cell programmed death.更多还原
