【摘要】 目的 :观察杏丁注射液治疗缺血性中风的疗效及对血浆超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)、丙二醛 (MDA)、过氧化脂质 (LPO)的影响。方法 :87例患者按随机单盲原则分为杏丁注射液治疗组 (n =5 8)和复方丹参注射液对照组(n =2 9) ,15d为 1个疗程。测定治疗前后神经功能缺损积分 ,生活能力状态和血浆SOD、MDA和LPO水平。结果 :与对照组比较 ,治疗组缺血性中风的临床疗效及神经功能缺损积分的减少有明显差异 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,血浆SOD水平升高 ,MDA和LPO水平降低。结论 :杏丁注射液治疗缺血性中风安全有效 ,其机制可能与清除自由基有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe efficacy of Xingding injection on cerebral ischemic stroke and its influence on plasma superoxide dismutase(SOD),malondialdehyde(MDA) and lipid peroxidation(LPO).Methods:87 cases were divided randomly into the test group( n =58) and the control group ( n = 29) to receive Xingding injection and Fufang danshen injection respectively.One period of treatment was 15 days.The nerve function deficit score and the degree of physical disability were evaluated,plasma SOD?MDA and LPO were detected before and after treatment.Results:The efficacy and the decrease of nerve function deficit score in the test group were significantly better than that in the control group,plasma SOD level went up,MDA and LPO level went down in the test group.Conclusion:Xingding injection is effective and safe in treatment of cerebral ischemic stroke with the possible mechanism of scavenging the free radicals.\;更多还原
