【摘要】 目的 :观察利培酮治疗首发精神分裂症患者的情况。方法 :选取 88例首发并住院的精神分裂症患者 ,进行开放性临床治疗观察 ,服用利培酮从 1mg·d-1开始 ,逐渐增加到治疗量 3～ 6mg·d-1,疗程为 12周。用CGI ,BPRS ,TESS等工具评估疗效及不良反应。结果 :利培酮治疗首发精神分裂症的有效率是 92 .4 % ,治疗的平均剂量是 (3.77± 1.0 3)mg·d-1,不良反应少见。结论 :利培酮治疗首发精神分裂症患者安全、可靠更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the efficacy and safety of risperidone in the treatment of first episode schizophrenia.Methods:88 first episode schizophrenia were treated with risperidone(no control group) from the beginning dose of 1mg·d -1 to the therapying dose of 3～6mg·d -1 .The efficacy and safety were evaluated by CGI,BPRS,TESS.Results:The efficacy of resperidone in the treatment of first episode schizophrenia is 92.4%,treatment dosage is (3.77±1.03) mg·d -1 ,mild side effects were observed.Conclusion:Resperidone is effective and safe in treatment of first episode schizophrenia.
