【摘要】 目的 :探讨凉血通瘀法治疗出血性中风急性期的疗效。方法 :针对出血性中风急性期的临床表现 ,提出瘀热阻窍为其基本病机病证 ,确立凉血通瘀法 ,用凉血通瘀注射液临床治疗 32例 ,随机设西药常规治疗对照组 31例 ,比较 2组疗效。结果 :总有效率治疗组为 93.75 %,明显优于对照组 74.19%(P<0 .0 5 ) ;用药后意识障碍恢复率、存活率、神经系统体征总积分下降及脑内血肿减小程度治疗组均明显优于对照组 (P<0 .0 5或 P<0 .0 1) ;且具有无明显毒副作用 ,使用方便等优点。结论 :凉血通瘀注射液治疗出血性中风急性期疗效明显。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the effect of Liangxue Tongyu injection(凉血通瘀注射液) in treating hemorrhagic stroke.Methods:Obstruction of the stagnant heat in the brain channels and collaterals(瘀热阻窍) were as principal pathogenesis of hemorrhagic stroke according to the clinical symptoms and signs,and the treatment was based on the method of cooling the blood and dissolving the stagnant heat(凉血通瘀法) in the brain channels and collaterals.Liangxue Tongyu injection was prepared on this concept.Thirtytwo cases of acute phase of hemorrhagic stroke were treated with Liangxue Tongyu injection(treated group) and the effect was compared to that of the controls treated with conventional western medicine therapy.Results:The total efficiency was 93.75% in treated group and 74.19% in control group,and there was significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05).The recover rate of the disturbance of consciousness,the survival rate, the decrease of the nervous system physical sign assessment score and the deerease of intracerebral hematoma volume in treated group were supeior to those in control group(P<0.05 or P<0.01). Conclusions: Liangxue Tongyu injection possesses significant effect in treating hemorrhagic stroke.更多还原
