【摘要】 目的 :从细胞凋亡角度研究葛根素治疗脑复苏的机制。方法 :对实验大鼠于缺血再灌注前应用葛根素注射液 10 0 mg/ kg腹腔内注射 ,然后采用原位末端标记法、免疫组织化学法检测脑缺血再灌注不同时间内海马 CA1区神经细胞凋亡数及 c fos蛋白表达的变化。结果 :葛根素能减少细胞凋亡 ,下调 c fos蛋白的表达。结论 :葛根素具有神经保护作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the mechanism of puerarin in the treatment of cerebral resuscitation.Methods:Rats were pretreated with puerarin (100 mg/kg) 1 hour piror to cerebral ischemiareperfusion and changes in the number of neuronal apoptosis and the protein expression of cfos were observed by terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferasemediated dUTP nick end labeling(TUNEL)and immunohistochemistry method in the hippocampus CA1 region.Results:Puerarin decreased the number of neuronal apoptosis and downregulated the protein expression of cfos.Conclusions:Puerarin has the neuroprotective effect against ischemiareperfusion injury.更多还原
