【摘要】 目的 :研究巫术所致精神障碍和癔症性精神障碍的临床特征。方法 :将 2 7例巫术所致精神障碍与 3 0例癔症性精神障碍作一临床对照分析。结果 :研究组和对照组的平均发病年龄、病前性格、精神病阳性家族史、起病形式、临床特征、疾病缓解后 2年内的复发率均有明显差别。结论 :两者为不同类型的精神障碍 ,支持CCMD -3。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To compare the clinical features of hysteria and mental disorders related to witchcraft Method:30 cases diagnosed as hysteria and 27 cases as mental disorders related to witchcraft according to criteria of CCMD-3 were collected Results:The age of onset of hysteria group (26±9) was younger than that of witchcraft group (40±15) More patients in hysteria group (11 of 30) had positive family history than witchcraft group (4 of 27) In hysteria group the onset was acute or sub-acute, while that of witchcraft group was inclined to insidious 12 of the 30 (40%) hysterical patients relapsed in the two years follow up, while this rate in witchcraft group was 15% (4/27) There were also differences in spectrum of symptoms Conclusion:Our results support hysteria and mental disorders related to witchcraft as two diagnostic entities更多还原
